Triumph Close to Mayo/Shops, 3 step entry Covered By Faith

Three step entry at our Triumph home. Triumph home is only 3 miles from Mayo/Gonda building and 4 miles from St. Mary's. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the main floor. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the basement. One king bed and 2 queen beds on the main floor. Basement has 2 twin beds. Over 2,100 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. Spacious backyard, three season porch, and breezeway for all your outdoor needs. We are only 1 blocks from strip mall, restaurants, and less than a mile to Walmart grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

Being only about 3 miles away from the Mayo Clinic and 4 miles to St. Mary's Hospital is a blessing itself. Having restaurants, a strip mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 and 63 make this house easy to find and get to. Three bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. We also have a pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use. Box fan, wheel chair, shower chair, movable water head in shower are all there to help and use by guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a Roku 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is heating and AC in the house. The main floor bathroom has a shower and the basement has a shower/tub combo. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you to use. An assortment of kids toys as well.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Put cigarette butts in the metal container.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message when the house is available for you.

We have been serving in the business industry since 2003. We are Covered By Faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. Covered By Faith is run by a family not a cooperation. We care about you and your stay in Rochester.

For non-emergency calls and text please use the hours between 7am-10pm. I am available 24 hours a day. We will assist or meet up if you would like otherwise we let you have your space and privacy.

Across is the street is Wendy's, Burger King, Thirsty Belgium, Subway, Taco Bell, Cold Stone Creamery, Chinese, Liquor Store, Strip Mall with different stores, Good Will, Menards, Walmart.

Easy to get a Lyft or Uber ride or cab ride. Bus routes are in the area for all the shopping across the street.

Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee. You are responsible for all pet hair and waste clean up.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
